1. Introduction to Air Heating Units

* The product is divided into two types: steam type and hot water type. The steam type uses steam as the heat source; the hot water type uses hot water as the heat source, with a water temperature not lower than 110°C.

* The product is equipped with a control system developed by Shandong Shiguang Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It automatically adjusts the outlet air temperature and air volume based on changes in ambient temperature, ensuring comfort and safety in the production environment while saving significant energy consumption.

2. Technical Advantages

  * Due to the extremely low temperatures in mines during winter, freezing may occur, posing production safety risks. Our company developed the air heating unit to address this issue. It is a mine ventilation and heating equipment that controls the ventilation temperature above 2°C, effectively preventing freezing and ensuring production safety.

  * An air heating chamber is set up nearby. The air heating unit is installed in the air heating chamber. The air intake of the unit faces the intake window of the chamber, and the outlet delivers heated air through ducts. The automatic control system ensures the mixed temperature of heated air and natural intake air remains between 2-2.5°C.
